Four plans. The caps are on the label.
Pages are counted once, when your site is crawled. Answers are counted per month. Annual billing is ten times the monthly price.

For a large estate: a university, a metropolitan council, a multi-brand group. Purchase orders and invoices are available on this tier.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Personal | $19 | $190 | 250 | 300 | 1 | Card |

Pick a plan above and start your subscription. It takes a few minutes: create your account, add your site, paste one line of code. For an estate larger than Scale, write to [email protected].
Predictable pricing, in four commitments.
The failure mode this is built to avoid: a credit balance that a busy week burns through, an auto-recharge nobody authorized in the moment, and a bill that arrives as a surprise. There is no credit balance here to burn.
Flat tiers
One price a month for a plan. The price does not move with how busy your site was.
Visible caps
The page count and the answer count are printed on the plan, in the table above, and shown against your actual usage in the portal.
Graceful degradation at the cap
Reaching the cap changes what the widget says. It does not change what you are charged.
No credit-burn surprises
There is no credit balance to run down and no per-message meter behind the plan. There is no invoice at the end of the month that you did not choose.
What actually happens when you run out.
The ladder is deliberate. A widget that goes silent embarrasses you in front of your own visitors, so it does not go silent.
A warning, and nothing else changes
At 80 percent of the monthly answer allowance you get a warning in the portal and by email. Answers keep serving exactly as before.
A plain message instead of an answer
The widget serves a short static message. Where you have nominated a help page, it links to it, so the visitor still has somewhere to go.
Fourteen days, then the same message
A failed payment starts a 14-day grace period with warnings on day 1 and day 7. If it runs out, the widget takes the same message path rather than becoming a dead button on your page.
The nominated help page is a subscription setting, used by both the cap path and the unpaid path. Set it once and the widget always has a fallback destination.
Larger than Scale?
Estates beyond 50,000 pages or 10,000 answers a month, tenders, security questionnaires, procurement panels and multi-entity arrangements are handled as a conversation rather than a plan. Tell us the page count, the expected question volume and the buying process you have to follow.
